Opened in early 2023, Racine Railroad Products UK Limited is the European distribution arm for the US Parent Company – Racine Railroad Products Inc (RRP). Founded by the Christiansen Family in 1970, Racine Railroad Products continues to design, manufacture and service quality maintenance-of-way equipment in North America.
After continued success in the US, the investment in Racine Railroad Products UK now provides a path to deliver their leading technologies with local support into the United Kingdom and the rest of Europe as well.
Now with third generation ownership, the Christiansen Family is committed to the delivery of increasingly automated maintenance-of-way solutions to provide improved customer worker safety and productivity.
To become more vertically integrated with the manufacturing of their large equipment, Racine Railroad acquired local fabrication company Hunter’s Fabrication in 2020. The capabilities and capacity of Hunter’s has aided in the ramp up of production to support the business ventures at Racine Railroad Products UK Limited.
